Following his retirement from a successful career in telecommunications research and development, Andrew embarked on another successful career in real estate. After obtaining his real estate license and working in the Philadelphia Main Line for several years, he joined Beiler-Campbell. Today, he is Manager of the Commercial Division.

 

Andrew appreciates the company’s depth of industry experience and the integrity, quality and consistent effort they put into every single business transaction. He enjoys being a problem-solver for his customers and guiding them to the best possible decision about their commercial investment.

 

Outside of work, Andrew served as an elder and deacon at his church for several years. He also coached ice hockey for 35 years, including seven years at Drexel University. Andrew currently lives in Kennett Square with his wife. He has three children, five grandchildren and more on the way.

Donnie’s focus lies in the industrial and multifamily arenas, but he also assists clients with other commercial real estate needs such as landlord / tenant representation, acquisition, and disposition of assets. 

He brings a stellar work ethic and dedication to learning the subtleties of commercial real estate brokerage with an emphasis on the investor-broker relationship. He strives to use his communication skills, relentless drive, and appetite for knowledge to become a premiere agent in the commercial real estate industry. 

A 30-year tenure in hospitality operations, ranging from washing dishes to project management for a national entertainment company, has taught him the importance of cultivating relationships and being committed to an understanding of the needs of his clients, with the goal of creating ‘win-win’ outcomes in all transactions. 

Originally a Florida native, Donnie has extensive family ties in both Delaware and Chester counties. 

Donnie is a member of the CII Council (Chester County Commercial Industrial Investment Council), a membership organization for professionals involved in commercial and industrial real estate in Chester County, Pennsylvania. The group is not-for-profit and works closely with the Chester County Economic Development Council. He is also a member of the Commercial Investment Exchange of the Suburban West Realtors Association. Donnie’s wife Tawny serves on the Board of Directors for Walk Her Home, which funds shelters and programs for victims of sex trafficking in the Northeast Region.
